Refund policy
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Please choose carefully when purchasing, as we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item is found elsewhere. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
If you wish to request a return, you must first submit a Goods Return Request by emailing [email protected]. You will be notified if your request has been approved. Only after approval will you be instructed to return the goods.
Once the goods are received and inspected, a credit will be issued either to your customer account or to the original payment method used.
Refunds for Returns
If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days after the returned product has been received for the claim to be processed. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply, and this will be advised at the time of refund notification.
Please note that items marked or advised as Special Order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive incorrect merchandise, we may, upon request, replace the item(s) at no cost. No goods will be accepted, and no replacements or credits issued, without prior approval. Filing of claims for damaged or incorrect goods will be our responsibility.
